What is documented and assessed
100% complete appraisals
For us, preparing a 100% complete appraisal is a matter of course. This means that appraisals are prepared using the hourly rates of a franchised workshop. Loss of use, repair time, residual-value calculation and a market-based replacement value are also included. Only when an appraisal contains the required information can an injured party assert all claims against the other party's insurer. For us, this includes, for example:
- Hourly rates of a franchised workshop
- Loss of use
- Repair time
- Residual value and a market-based replacement value
